Crashed on T1 Barriss Event 1st Attempt - No Era rewards given (w/ pics).

I started Tier 1 of the Barriss Marquee and the game crashed on the PC client, forcing me to click "restart." Upon returning to the game, T1 was marked as complete but no rewards were given - and not placed in my inbox. T1 provides loads of Era upgrade material required to get Barriss to Era lvl 40+. I placed a support ticket as well. My ally code is 731-989-934.

I just added 2 images showing that Barriss is stuck at Era lvl 20. Maul is at 51 because of the rewards provided for his event. All others are lvl 51 from natural progression (with the episode pass each month in this era). If I was given the rewards, I would have the material to level Barriss.

    EA Support just replied stating:


    "I understand you’re reaching out regarding a missing reward. Please don’t worry I’ve checked your account and confirmed that you have already received the Tier 1 reward on January 14, 2026, at 4:19:31 AM GMT+05:30.

    Here’s a summary of the items credited:

    125,400 Era Upgrade Currency, 2,750 Mk III Esk Ability Module, 2,750 Mk IV Dorn Ability Module, 2,825 Mk I Grek Ability Module, 2,750 Mk II Forn Ability Module, 5 Inquisitor Barriss, 150 Mk II Improved Performance Core, 160 Mk I Basic Performance Core, 150 Mk IV Enhanced Performance Core, 150 Mk III Advanced Performance Core."

    However, I did not receive these items, as my Barriss doesn't have the era material needed to level up. I have done all of the Coliseum Marquees, and definitely am not overlooking these rewards.

    EA support doesn't seem to be helping yet. The next reply they sent was simply a link for generic troubleshooting issues. I play on both Android and PC and don't experience "loading/freezing" issues.

    I did clear cache on Android and EA App though, restarted devices, initiated a repair on the PC Client, tried to "Restore Purchases" on Android, phoned a friend, et cetera.

    They just replied "I understand you're experiencing issues launching the game." Now I think they are just messing with me.

    I just decided to proceed with progression and was able to get Maul. However, I am still hoping that someone can take a closer look at this matter and help out in the next few days. This is the first serious matter I have ever experienced in the game, so I'm not going to lose my cool; but it is frustrating. I assume that EA support sees that items were credited; but is probably not able to log into my actual account to confirm. Anyways, happy "Maul Day" and thanks in advance for any assistance that you may be able to provide.
