infinite loading screen when attempting to access things in the cantina

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I can log into the game and reach the cantina, but trying to access anything other than shipments, settings and the chat result in a permanent loading screen. Only way to get it to go away is to reload the game but the issue is 100% replicated. I can't access my characters, battles, guild, or any events as this permanent loading will occur. I have tried updating IOS, reinstalling and uninstalling, checking storage, using an android device, restarting my phone, disconnecting wifi, and contacting EA support. All of which failed to alleviate the issue.

It started on the last day of September and it fixed itself at reset on October 1. Not sure what happened but it was a 24 hour thing. Not sure what messed up but I’m just glad it solved itself. Nothing else seemed to work. Thought I would update you just in case it’s helpful
