Ingame purchase for galactic cargo 4 was not retrieved

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have purchased galactic cargo 4 and it was charged, but I did not get it, because game wanted to reload
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Hi @Bumsblech, and thank you for the report.

Did you provide us with the correct ally code? I can't see that purchase in the logs available to us. Additionally, the status of your purchase is "Pending" ("Ausstehend"), so it looks like it never went through.

If it still isn't completed after 24 hours and the status is "Completed", please get in touch with our Customer Support. They should be able to assist.
