Summarize your bug It’s pretty simple. You guys forgot to change the internal server clocks for daylight savings time. So now instead of the daily and everything else resetting at midnight, it resets at 1am which is really annoying.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As above

The game has never adjusted for DST. It's a global game and not everywhere observes DST.
You can adjust your in-game clock back an hour using the time zone options in settings.
