Invisible mod in inventory

Good day. A while ago I posted an issue with missing mods. I've tried several times to resolve this issue with the in-game support but with no success. Every time I responded to one of their messages another person answered who didn't know what's going on. After several conversations I had a mod restoration of deleted mods which was no success as well since I never deleted it. In the picture below you can see the mod in my swgoh.gg profile where it is still shown in my inventory:

In the next picture you can see my mods in-game sorted by critical chance/speed and it is not there.

    Can't find this mod on your account. Can't explain why this is showing up on your account in swgoh.gg

    Hey thanks for your reply. Little bit of more background. It happened a while ago while remoding. I saved it and when I did go back to the main screen I had an connection error. Luckily I always check twice and I immediately realised this and another mod were not on my character and inventory anymore. I wouldn't care that much if it wasn't a pretty good mod.

    Edit: the incident happened on December 28. and back then I immediately reached out to customer support. They did confirm that I had not sold/deleted any mod that day but weren't able to restore it. After that communication had been difficult as mentioned
