IPD in TB explodes with full health

I saw that Meathead said they didn't have any evidence of him exploding with full health. 

Well,i've had that in TB , it happened before, but hearing MH saying that they don't see it made me a bit angry.

Mind you this has happened before but i didn't catch it. Quite annoying to have back to back explodes when he's clearly full health.
