Is Appo still bugged for anyone else?
My appo has been bug ever since the datacron expired. I dont gain dramatic entrance or any stacks of operation knightfall and now Coruscant Commander shows up but doesn't work during GL fights.

I'm having the same issue. Just got all my DS clones up to relic level and started to use them and getting the exact same problem you are. No Dramatic Entrance or Operation Knightfall. EA is apparently aware of it but no word on a fix yet from them.
However if you replace Scorch with Royal Guard then Appos kit starts to kind of work. You get Dramatic Entrance and Operation Knightfall but lose the synergy of Scorch and the clones.
