Issue loging into Web store

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:iOS
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 12
OS Version 17.0.1

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug With the update to the webstore, I am now completely unable to login to claim webstore rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region Europe
Country Spain

Unsure whether this is because of different emails provided, or a discrepancy between them (through EA Connect). Now completely locked out of the webstore

  • Our team rolled out a hotfix to change the login functionality. Please try to log in again. If you are reencountering the loop, it means the email you're trying to use is not linked to SWGoH.

  • The EA account causes the issue you're currently logged into. You can try the following steps.

    1. Click on your Profile in the top right corner.
    2. Log out.
    3. Go to ea.com and make sure you're logged out there as well.
    4. Clear the browser cache and close browser.
    5. Open the browser and visit the webstore page.
    6. Now you should be able to log into your EA account again.
    7. Enter your email connected to SWGoH.
    8. Receive the code and enter it on the webstore page.
    9. You should see the webstore main page now.

    Incognito mode could also help but I see some people having trouble with it.

    Same result, it's telling me to Link your account, retry, etc.

    Anyone else have a possible solution?

    Hey folks, I understand you're getting frustrated but lets cool things off in here.

    People are trying to help and I completely understand that if their suggestions aren't working it can be frustrating but lets not descend into arguments.

    Maybe that person who has been told MULTIPLE times that their advice isn't working should stop insisting it works then. Just a thought.

    Please make sure you are using the email linked to your SWGoH account. If you use a different email, you will end up in the "retry" flow. 

    If you end up in the "retry" flow. Try to log out from ea.com and try another email.

    I can login to the webstore on my pc but not on mobile. I mostly play on mobile can't even connect to the pc beta but that doesn't bothe rme as much.

    I’ve been using the same email to log into the webstore for about a year or so now. But you’re telling me that I’m using the wrong email now? Why was it the right email before? I’ve done nothing different. The only difference I see is that you guys changed the store.
