Issue on PC client with mouse moving in store?

Today I wasted 5,999 crystals on a Marrok pack that I would never waste crystals on (both because it's inefficient and I don't know enough about the character to know how quickly I want to farm shards). When I went to the store to pick up the free pack my mouse went from the top left corner to the 5,999 crystal pack in the bottom right. . . and of course there's not a pop-up window confirming that before they're spent.

This is not the first time my mouse on the PC client has done this and it's very confusing that it only happens in the store, at least that's the only time I've noticed. This is the first time it's cost me crystals, though.

Bummer. I haven't spent those shards upgrading Marrok, if I can get those refunded I'd much prefer the 5,999 crystals EVEN IF I HAD PULLED A 330 shard pack! Here's to holding out hope, EA_Gunner EA_Hyper  don't know who to tag.
