What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
Summarize your bug: Purchased the Temple Guard Bundle II (the 30 shards 5 omicrons bundle). The transaction appeared to be endlessly loading. I confirmed the payment has been made. After closing and reopening the application, I received crystals instead of the purchased items.
It's been a week since I did not get what I purchased. Any chance I can get a response? EA Help has not been very helpful so far. On the other hand at least they've responded.
The longer it drags out, the more tempting a chargeback becomes.
Not far off of two weeks now. EA Help has gone unresponsive for the last 4 days as well. I'll follow them up one last time in a day or two. But all I'm after is either what I paid for, or a refund. If I can't get it sorted either way by the end of the week, I'll have to follow it up with the bank.
