Issue purchasing chewbacca LSB

I tried to purchase the Chewbacca LSB from the web store, that was fine but in the client got the dreaded “there was an error with your purchase” and got crystals instead. What can I do? I really don...

I also received this same issue as OP. I did the in game support route to get the ball rolling.
