Issue with gamorrean guard datacron

Hey, there is a problem with the gamorrean gard datacron.

Basically the Gamorrean guard starts with 6 stacks of my kind of scum. Lvl9 indicates he has 5 more stacks per Hutt Cartel ally. So at the start of the fight he should have 31 stacks (6+25).

But at 5, he starts with 11 stacks and at 3 with 9 stacks. So lvl9 is not good. It adds 1 stack per ally instead of 5 per Hutt ally.
