Purchased Inquisitor light speed bundle and received crystals instead

I Purchased the Inquisitor Light speed bundle however I received crystals instead of the characters. Is there any way for this to be changed to the characters or reversed.
Update* At the time it attempted to charge twice but second has updated to failed. Was still charged for the initial purchase.

Any help would be appreciated.
