Issue with Jabba Lightspeed Bundle

When it first arrived last year I bought it, payment was pending for months. Eventually, the payment through  and I never received the LSB. The bundle has returned and I cannot buy it and it cannot be gifted to me either. I've never received anything for that purchase. I would really appreciate getting this resolved.
