Issue with purchasing the Inquisitors LSB

Hello,

I attempted to purchase the Inquisitor LSB pack a few days ago on the webstore but didn’t complete the transaction.

Now, whenever I try to buy the pack again, I get an “Oops” message, and the bundle completely disappears from the store. I waited a few days, and when the bundle reappeared, I tried again but got the same error, and it vanished once more.

I saw another player experiencing the exact same issue, and they received this response yesterday: “Check if you have a pending purchase. If so, cancel it and try again.”

I managed to find it in my EA account. My attempt to purchase the pack is listed on February 6th, but it’s marked as a “failed order" and I can't cancel it. I don’t have any pending purchase as you can see in the screenshots attached.

Could you please help resolve this issue? Time is of the essence, as the bundle is set to expire soon.
