Issue with rewards for current episode quest

The first episode quest, requiring you to: Complete Tier 1 of the Omega (Fugitive) Marquee Event, is not completing for me and remains undone despite me having done the first tier multiple times now.

My Allycode is: 782-637-661

Mine is working the opposite where I can only work on omega from the marquee event and none of the other characters that I thought I was getting a shot at for the event. No ability to make any progress on them.
