Issues with Appo 2 Bundle

So long story short a couple days ago i tried to purchase the Appo bundle 2 and after everything finished loading I went to the inbox to claim it, only to find out that there was nothing there after a couple days of waiting/restoring purchases there's still nothing that's happened. When I go back to see if something weird happend and the purchase didn't go through I was met with a message saying that the purchase limit has been reached and to check my inbox. This happend as well a little while ago when I tried to purchase one of the Rebel lightspeed bundles but couldn't get any help from the chat bot as the suggested fixes didn't do anything. I guess at this point I'm not entirely sure what to do, I'm getting a little tired of having this issue and not being able to do anything about it. Any help would be appreciated.
