Issues with the Fennec Shand quest
I'm having issues with the Fennec Shand quest. I've regularly gotten her payout but it is not being registered by the quest.

Hey gc do something about this!
Payout has to be leveled max. Character Lvl80 I think. And rank 3 of the ability.
I'm Reclic 7, 7 star and all abilities top level and still can't do the quest, why aren't bug checked or reviews done before making something live
