Issues with webstore and unlinking account in game

Question

Im Having issues with unlinking my account in game, it gives me an error saying "cannot unlink account." Im also having issues with logging into the webstore as it throws me into a loop saying "retry" even when its emailing me the access codes. My ally code is 281-877-315

This is extremely frustrating and would like a fix asap. Please respond it seems others are having this same issue. I tried in game help, they asked for information including screenshot and videos of my issue, i sent them that and their response (which is posted below) was "sorry cant help" this is so frustrating, I just need to know why I can no longer unlink my in game account from EA connect and why the webstore wont let me log in, I suspect its because the webstore somehow got linked to my Gmail and Yahoo emails at the same time, but I have no way of logging into the store to correct any issues.

And I've already exhausted other options such as clearing cache and deleting and re downloading the game.

I desperately need help on this issue.

Hi, since yesterday I’ve been having the exact same problem as you, but on iOS. I can't unlink my EA account within the game, and I can't access the webstore either. I've tried everything, but I still haven't been able to resolve it.
