Items purchased with crystals disappeared

Since the update on Wednesday (Apr 17) the items purchased with crystals (Era currency, marquee shards, I believe every pack that has chance) disappeared from my store. I used to be able to buy them until the beginning of the week, and now they're just gone.

I've heard about this happening in Belgium because of country regulations, but I live in Brazil and this is not something here, so I'm posting to seek help.

The picture attached is to show Partagaz crystal packs are not showing up.
