We really need more visibility or communication on this bug.
Are we expected to just "keep trying" the event and risk days of LS Tickets lost to this?
A simple solution is to provide shards for crashed players or provide us the shards to unlock Kenobi.
The event is not hard and by no means would anyone lose a battle anyway. I was told by the in-game support that "goodwill gestures" are not allowed in this case. Which is kind of upsetting. It's not like we want something for free. Hell, we grinded to gear and relic characters to unlock him now we are prevented from unlocking this character as intended.
This is a major event for a premium character. It's not a marquee or node or even an event that when we play we don't lose energy or tickets. We lose tickets when the game crashes which puts us behind, which delays this character from helping our guilds and Grand Arena's.
Pretending this problem is not a high priority is not an option and a solution needs to be found very quickly.
