The JMK event crashed for me too and resulted in me losing the light side tickets to start the event, details are below:
 
Please provide the following:
  • Ally code: 733-442-751
  • Platform: ioS (iPhone XS Max)
  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 09:01 GMT (UK)
  • Any additional details: Playing through Tier 1 of the JMK and the game crashed after I made 3 or 4 attacks. I have lost my light side tickets as a result
