Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)

Any additional details:

woke up this morning - did 50x3 and 100x2 LS battles.  Got 30+ tickets 

launched tier 1 for the 5th time (4 good runs so far over the last couple of days) and after the "hello there" - screen reset to my phone home screen.   Launched game again...got a window about a game update progress  XXX Mb out of XXX Mb that lasted a few seconds then i saw i was down 15 tickets.  I had 20 left so launched again - same issues.  After "hello there" - game screen vanished and i went back to the home screen.  Lost a day and 30 tickets/20 GK shards

I was on my home wifi that is reliable. 

if i stand zero chance of getting those tickets or shards back i'm definitely not going to try to go through the trouble of figuring out how to let a log.
