Date and time: 11/18/21 approx 2:50pm MDT (plus two earlier crashes that I didn’t keep track of)
Device log: my logs for SWGOH don’t show anything past early August, so I am unable to attach one here.
Addtl details: This is the third time tier 1 has crashed for me. Happens after game play has begun after the opening dialog. I’ve had 5 attempts total and 3 have crashed, so this is a major issue for me. I’m wasting the tickets right now more than I am cashing them in with this tier. Only happens in tier 1. With this topic being open since August it seems like this should be fixed by now. I’m extremely tentative to make more attempts since thus far I have a 60% chance of the crash occurring. So frustrating.

Addtl details: This crash just happened again. 2nd time today, 4th time out of 6 total attempts, 60 GL tickets lost. I’m feeling like I won’t be able to unlock JMK at this rate. Please contact me with a way to help get around this issue.
