My game is crashing during P1 of this event on 2 separate devices. I have lost 45 tickets so far and would appreciate your help. Here is the info you have requested:
Ally code: 451-467-584
Platform: Device 1: Galaxy Tab S4, Android 10, 3/1/21 update
Device 2: Pixel 5, Android 12, 11/5/21 update
Date and time of the crash:
Most recent crash was on the Pixel 5, approx 7:42pm PST, 11/18. I crashed twice on the Galaxy Tab S4 on 11/6 in the evening PST - sorry I do not have the exact time
Device logs: unfortunately I could not find the device logs on my Pixel 5 - I will continue to try to figure this out
Additional info: I have sent in 2 support tickets regarding this matter.
Bug description: I have encountered the crash 3 times, each during P1 of the JMK battle:
1 - Galaxy Tab S4: the game crashed when I selected a special attack from one of my clones (I do not remember who as this bug caught me by surprise)
2 - Galaxy Tab S4: the game crashed during P1 before I did any attacks, approximately 7-10 seconds after I started the battle. I did not select any abilities - I was assessing my options at this time
3 - Pixel 5: the game crashed well into the battle during a counter-attack phase by my characters. The teams were exchanging fire with counterattacks on both sides and then the game crashed.
In all cases, the game crashed as follows: game closed on my device, I was taken to my device Home screen. Selecting on the SWGOH app relaunches the app from the beginning. Once in the game, going to the Journey Guide and selecting JMK, I can see the tickets are lost and I was given no credit for the battle
