platform: IOS 

Approximately 6:12 PM Eastern on 11/29

After my 3rd or 4th attack of the attempt on tier 1 of JMK galactic ascension the game suddenly crashed. My tickets for the attempt were used. Frustrating especially since I had just spent 150 crystals to get galactic tickets and am hesitant to try the event again for fear this would happen again.
