Jedi Temple Loot crate (Customer service unable to verify Promocode: JEDITEMPLE)

EDIT: EA refunded the money for the pack, I appreciate the help MeatHead 👍 've personally had a horrible experience today. I had filled in the promo JEDITEMPLE and at checkout it said 0 euro.  ...

They are now even promoting it in the game, them not being able to validate the promotion code is an actual scam
