Jedi-Training Rey gaining too much TM vs another Jedi-Training Rey

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My team:
Jedi-Training Rey: 241 speed
BB-8: 286 speed
R2: 267
GK: 227
Thrawn: 254

Other team:
Jedi-Training Rey: 226 speed
BB-8: 272 speed
R2: 263
GK: 187
Thrawn: 251

Battle: he attacking me
1) my bb-8 goes first (covert)
2) his bb-8 goes 2nd (covert)
3) his Jedi-Training Rey goes 3rd

How is that possible?

There are no debuffs. No one is stunned. No one is buffed beyond The secret Intel bb8 applied.

There is no way that should happen in that scenario.

The turn order should be:
1) my bb8 (covert)
2) my Jedi-Training Rey
3) my r2
4) either his bb-8 or my Jedi-Training Rey (depending on how man debuffs I landed)

    Hey all, this has been flagged as a bug and will be fixed in a future update. Thanks for the report and additional information.

    You need to take into account the 16% TM at start for the droids.

    The correct turn order should be:

    1) Your BB8 Covert

    2) His BB8 Covert

    3) Your R2-D2

    4) Your RJT

    No idea why his RJT is going 3rd instead.

    Close. Strictly by the math, it should be my bb8, his bb8, my r2, his r2, my rjt.

    Speed / .84 (i.e 16%)

    But there's another bug/issue with rjt, she appears to actually gain 24% TM instead of 16%. That's why I posted the turn order I did.

    Now in a jtr vs jtr, I have no idea whats happening, math wise, that would allow his to go first; just makes no sense.

    I used maths:

    1) Your BB8 = 286/0.84 = 340.48 Effective Start Speed

    2) His BB8 = 272/0.84 = 323.81 Effective Start Speed

    3) Your R2 = 267/0.84 = 317.86 Effective Start Speed

    4) Your RJT will have gained 24% TM by now, (8% from BB8 gaining Secret Intel+8% from another ally gaining Secret Intel+8% from R2 gaining Secret Intel)

     241/0.76 = 317.11 Effective Start Speed

    His R2 = 263/0.84 = 313.10 Effective Start Speed so should go after both your R2 and your RJT.

    So strictly by the math, you're still wrong.

    Good point, i didn't think about r2 stealth gaining secret Intel. So that should be the turn order, but it isn't/wasn't ☹️

    Btw, how does one use maths 😉

    Well I used a lot of math calculations to get the Turn order right for my RJT team so I'm pretty confident of my maths. 🤓

    At any rate, I hope your bug gets fixed. Don't like the idea that a slower RJT team is going to mess up my defense by abusing this bug. 😉

    This is a pervasive problem. I can show it easily in this simple video:

    Here are the speeds:
    BB8 - 276
    R2 - 261
    RJT - 216

    The vid is at 1x speed so it’s easy to see. BB gives GK Secret Intel, and to himself. GK is not resistance, so RJT should get 8% TM. Yet, she gets way more and takes a turn before R2; and R2’s bar isn’t even at 100% as well, so it’s not that they both hit 100% and RNG made Rey go first.

    Th critical piece is this: we know R2 starts with 16% TM in his bar, from BB8. So even if RJT were to get 16%, that would equalize RJT and R2 in terms of TM gain ... but R2 is still faster. The fact that RJT is slower and should be gaining less TM than R2, yet gets a full bar before R2, proves that she is getting way too much TM. More than 8%, and even more than 16%.

    In 0:06, BB8 puts secret intel onto General Kenobi. Normally, according to ability descriptions, Rey should gain only 8% turn meter. However Rey gains over 30% turn meter and even surpasses R2-D2 which has been boosted by 16% turn meter at the start of the match !!!

    In 0:12, Rey should gain 60% turn meter from debuffing opponent General Kenobi. This also doesn't seem correct as I see Rey gaining more than 60% turn meter in here. I think she is gaining turn meter from herself gaining secret intel "although it is stated in virtuous protector as other resistance allies".

    This is proved when the attacking squad's general kenobi is debuffed with 2 debuffs, Rey should gain 16% turn meter from this, 60+16 = 76% turn meter, but VOILA, Rey is 100% turn meter AGAIN.

    I won't analyze the rest of the video but there are plenty of more examples of Rey gaining ABSURD amounts of turn meter, making everyone who has invested mods and team-gear to other squads in a great disadvantage.

    BB-8 Actually gives himself SI buff twice so that is a resistance ally gaining SI x2 which is 16% TM
    If you look at 0:07 and then at 0:08 you will see "Secret Intel" toast message twice over BB-8

    I had wondered about that, seeing the “secret intel” tag flash twice. I can’t imagine that that’s an intended behavior, as I see no text in anyone’s abilities that would permit it. In fact, Secret Intel itself specifies “ANOTHER resistance ally.”

    But even accounting for that second instance of Secret Intel, which would give RJT 16% rather than 8%, it still doesn’t explain how she outstripped R2 in TM.
