Jedi-Training Rey gaining too much TM vs another Jedi-Training Rey

As replied on the other thread by Mothren, I am copy pasting my observations here.

I don’t think there’s a conflict with what is happening in game and the ability descriptions. The problem is in the order of operations. 

1) BB8 performs Covert Data

2) BB8 gains 1st SI

3) Resistance ally gains 2nd SI (Assume Resistance for this example)

4) Upon completion of Covert Data, the 2nd SI on other Resistance ally checks to see if any special ability was performed, check is successful since BB8 performed Covert. BB8 gains 3rd SI from other Resistance ally.

5) RJT checks how many SI was gained by Resistance allies and gains 24% TM (3x8)

Whether this is WAI is unknown, but I’ll file it under the whole OB gains Taunt under Fracture order of operations effect.
