    @R2E2s Hello there,

    The JKR, JKL, Armourer team is always risky for this reason. 

    SLKR reduces the target's Mastery with syphon, and Accuracy is part of JKL's Mastery. Once it's 1v1, it can get to the point where SLKR drains enough of JKL's Mastery (as he is the only possible target for the AoE) so that he constantly misses.

    Regarding the Ultimate ability, it does not need critical hits to charge, it just charges faster with crits. He gains 2% ult charge for each damage instance from a dark side ally, jumping to 5% on a crit.
