JMMW Shards not credited upon completion of event

I was in the midst of the Kanan tier (tier 3) when the game restarted to update for the new era. My game shows completion of all 4 tiers of the event, but I was never credited the 100 shards for completing tier 3, so I cannot unlock JMMW. Please help! :)
