Journey Guide Prerequisite Rewards Still Missing!

Plz read and look at attachments because this is a ongoing issue.

So for the last few months i haven't gotten any of the prerequisite rewards from the journey guides for Grand Inquisitor, Dr Aphra, Sith Eternal Emperor, or Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. That is 2 omicron mats and 4 titles in total. I been told that a update fixing the issue was released but even after updating the game and deleting and redownloading the game i still am unable to receive the rewards. Can anyone plz help me get this resolved?
