Kessel Run Coaxium Heist not refreshing

I've made several purchases through the webstore (prefer webstore to in-game due to Kessel Run bonus rewards), and have gone through the Coaxium Heist refresh several times, but after claiming level 10 rewards a few days ago, the Coaixium Heist has not refreshed. All the other webstore functions appear to continue working normally (daily gift, normal purchases, other Kessel Run bonuses); I will update if I notice something not working. All in-game functions appear to be working normally, and despite support's suggestions to clear cache and uninstall/reinstall the game, the Coaxium Heist continues to malfunction.
