Made a purchase using crystals and I didn't get anything.

I purchased the Temple Guard Pack using crystals from the EA webstore and didn't receive anything.  I tried the restore purchase button and still nothing. I tried that EA help button  in the game and that was a waste. It doesn't allow you to respond on the android app. Any suggestions? On what I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My Ally code is 846-872-441.
