Kessel Run gone from web shop?

Grabbed some crystals from webstore, didn't realize until after that the kessel run was missing. Is it coming back? Will my progress be retroactively updated?

I finished my general Skywalker journey guide. I was happy to finally unlock him. Until it didn’t give me all the shards. I’m at 100/145. And it won’t give me the rest like it’s supposed to 236-3...
