Kicked out of guild and lost Territory War awards

Summarize your bug I switched from a previous guild (A) to another guild A. I was in guild B for approximately 3 hours until some of my guildmates asked me why I left via external chat. When I tried to join again, I received an error stating: You have exceeded Guild transitions for the day and cannot create or join a Guild at this time. I only received this error after I was kicked from guild B. Note that I did not leave, and my guild leader personally contacted me asking why I left. So they did not kick me either. I had already placed defense and registered for territory wars, and this was at approximately 7pm last night. This guild was not full, it was at 48/50 before I joined. I am upset that I lost out on rewards and my guild lost out on my defense. As well as that this bug seems to be common enough in the forums that I would also like to know if it is being worked on. Also, I still cannot join guild B. Which is aggravating. I contacted EA help desk via chat and they directed me to troubleshoot and to post on here.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
