KX not taunting

In his kit, it states "whenever an undermined ally is damaged, KX taunts for 1 turn". This makes him the obvious choice for Dedra to Undermine, as well as the synergy with being crit more (more Overcharge) and assists. However, he doesn't seem to be gaining taunt while damaged and Undermined. It's not just the Jotaz's buff dispel, he's not taunting when hit with a basic either.
