Kyber LST Didn’t Apply Zeta

For some reason when I applied a Kyber LST to BT-1 it set all but one ability to level 7. It left “Homicidal Counterpart” at level 6. I would like the zeta applied.

Zetas are never applied unless noted specifically in the LST, so it’s working correctly. The only LST’s that apply zetas are the ones from the anniversary quests, other LST’s from the store or from journey guides don’t.
