I think it's related to the Sith Fighter's ability to give all ships a turn meter after damage less 100% HP* opponent ships, only sometimes (70-100% chance) for some reason it gives TM** to everyone, including the leviathan itself. Which shouldn't be, because its ability should only give TM to regular ships, not the main ship, like said in ability description.
*HP - Health Points;
**TM - turn meter.
