Leviathan not taking out capital ship for subsequent battle

If you take over a enemy capital ship with leviathan (5*) then time out, or lose, the capital ship gets returned to the squad for subsequent battles in Grand Arena. I saw it was a fixed issue, dunno what returned it.

If you time out, you have a very limited window to hit submit and have it count.
