Light Speed Token Help

I had purchased the Tank LST Token, but never received it. I then tried purchasing a lesser token and was charged more.

I'm trying to get a refund at this point (initially wanted the correct token, but they took too long and it is gone now)

I’m not sure what to do. 

I have contacted EA Help multiple times through the game and just keep getting the generic response of “we appreciate your patience.”
