Same issue with R2. Been almost 24 hours pops up again now and then and then errors out when I try to buy. Does not show in game as an option still had 5 days or so left. Other purchases where fine.
It popped up in the game store. Started a buy there canceled the pending purchase and restarted game then logged into webstore it was back and I was able to get to the purchase screen.
