I have the same issue.
I tried to buy it from the website store and it required verification from pay pal.
I set it up then went back to buy the Tuskens bundle has now disappeared from the game and web store.
Can anyone help with this please
I ended up having to go in game and try buy it from the store that way. It then prompt me to cancel my purchase that way, which then made it reappear on the webstore
