lightspeed token not received in webstore

I bought a lightspeed token this weekend. But I didn‘t reveived it. I again received crystals. 

What is going on with the webstore? I am afraid to spend more money when issues like this are normal and it takes days up to weeks to solve it. 

I wrote to ea_gunner, I used in-game help. Nothing happened.
