Hi, I bought the General Skywalker lightspeedbundle and at checkout there was a message that there was a problem and i get the bundle after 48 hours. The money didnt get booked and the lightspeed bundle wasnt purchased, so i didnt get the items. I tried to purchase it again after but it disappeared now from my shop and i cant purchase it now. EA QV Team@EA_Gunner thats the thing i know it failed so thats ok but the bundle dind´t got back in my store, i thought maybe i have to wait 48 hours till it gets back, but now 4 days later its still gone.
EA QV Team@EA_Gunner i tried mobile pc and webstore its gone on every single one. Also cant gift it cause the game thinks i already have it.
