Linking my EA account

I am trying to connect my galaxy of heroes account to my ea account and every time I try it says the birthday I put in galaxy of heroes and the birthday I have on my ea account don’t match.  I’ve tried changing it on my ea account but it gives me the same message every time.  Does anyone know how to or if you can change the birthday your galaxy of heroes account?

    Contact support and ask them to update your DoB on your SWGoH account.

    Where do I contact them I’ve tried finding something but the only thing that shows up is the forums

    What exactly did you do? And how? I have the same issue, but I don’t know how to check my DoB on my EA account either so..
