Linking my game account to claim rewards

It keeps telling me I have Kestle Run awards to claim but when I try to go to the web store to claim them it says I need to link my game to the ea account. But when I try to follow their steps it app...

Use the email linked to your account. If you can't login and webstore gives you "Retry" message, it's because another email is linked to your swgoh account.
