Loading error

I opened the game up as normal and the loading screen came up but the game never loaded. So I tried a few more time with no success. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and now it seems to freeze with the download of data. I have tried a few times and the highest it’s got was about 3/4 the way along. 
it’s now day three without the game. Does anyone know of a way to get it to work or where to get help?
