Hey all, if you are seeing this issue can you try clearing the cache to see if that fixes the issue.

I saw in an older post that some user had the same problem and clearing the game's cache worked. Guess I'll give a try.

Doesn't clearing cache remove all saved data meaning you will lose everything on SWGOH ?

  I have my game tied to Google Play Games. If so, you don't lose your progress if you uninstall and reinstall. I did this same process maybe six months ago to work around another issue. It was a little scary doing it the first time, but everything loaded just fine after.
  About three months ago my phone died and I had to install on a new phone. That was the second time that Google Play reloaded all my progress. It''s easy peasy.

  Clearing the data does, but not the cache . This worked for me. I am back into the game again
