We have an article with some steps that will hopefully help solve your freezing issue. Is it only happening when you look at packs, or do other options/menus cause it to freeze as well?

It only happens when i look at the pack, i open it, press "see price" and it freez.

I reintalled the game on my phone and is still not working.

I have the same problem since the last update of the app in Android. Every item in store into the game with the button "see price" or "ver precio" in spanish doesn't work.

Appears a windows with the message "the transaction takes too long time".

Please, resolve this because I wanna buy a lightspeed token and I can't for this.
